What have you done since leaving school and what achievements are you most proud of?

Graduated from Brighton with a degree in teaching and am now Early Years Foundation Stage leader and part of Senior Leadership Team at my current school.

What are you doing now and what do you enjoy most about it?

I teach Reception and love to see them develop a love of learning.

In what ways did Gateway prepare you for life?

Gateway gave me lots of different opportunities and my teacher Mrs Hughes was a huge inspiration for me to get into teaching.

What is your fondest memory of your time at Gateway?

Every morning coming into school and shaking Mr and Mrs Wades’ hands before heading to our classroom.
