What have you done since leaving school and what achievements are you most proud of?

Since leaving Gateway, I have studied at university and qualified as a Vet Nurse (something which I am immensely proud of), achieved my PGCE and I am now lecturing. I’m also studying towards a Masters.

What are you doing now and what do you enjoy most about it?

As a lecturer in Vet Nursing, the best bit about this is inspiring students to want to become a Vet Nurse (something I am particularly passionate about).

In what ways did Gateway prepare you for life?

It gave me a fantastic start to my education and enabled me to gain excellent life skills which have proven to be invaluable.

What is your fondest memory of your time at Gateway?

Being taught by Mrs Free and Mr Brown!
