Supporting Parents
At Gateway, we recognise that working in partnership with parents is paramount to children's learning and development. We work extremely hard to make our children and parents feel secure, comfortable and welcome at all times, operating an ‘open door’ policy where parents and children can talk to staff about anything at any time.
We are fully aware of how busy parents are and how it may not be possible to engage in regular conversations with your child's teacher. We have tools in place to support a regular two way flow of communication which include weekly newsletters, social media updates, texts and emails.
To enable parents to support their children's learning at home, we provide advice and guidance on key educational topics. Click here to read our latest articles.
We offer all-inclusive fee options, a monthly payment scheme and we accept childcare vouchers obtained through salary sacrifice schemes which can be used towards payment of the school fees. Find out more, here.
We also aim to support busy families through our wraparound care and holiday club provision - both of which are aimed to offer care safe in the knowledge that your child is having fun and being well looked after.
