Reception enjoy learning in the great outdoors

The children have had a wonderful week enjoying learning and playing outside in this glorious weather. We have been focussing on fine motor skills to help the children with their handwriting. We have been very impressed with their ‘tripod grips’ when using pencils, paint brushes and sticks to write and draw! The children are getting to know each other and we have witnessed some super team work and kindness towards others. For Roald Dahl Day we enjoyed listening to the story of the Enormous Crocodile and making a crocodile for the classroom.
