Reception - fabulous focus during live online classes

A week and a half of online learning for Reception and the rest of Gateway! Where has the time gone? We are super impressed with how well the children are doing in their live lessons. They have mastered the ‘mute’ button brilliantly after our games last week and the behaviour online has been perfect. A big ‘whoooosh’ to all of the children. We are enjoying looking at your photo and video posts on Tapestry and we have covered so much already. Whether it has been making our own elmer elephants with Miss Lawrence in Art, writing rhyming words independently in English or finding different ways to make 8 in our Power Maths lessons, all work has been carried out with enthusiasm and engagement.
