This week was a science week for Reception. We have learned many interesting facts about our senses. The children have enjoyed guessing what our daily Minute of Listening is. We have explored what we can see and hear by going on a walk around the school buildings, the courts and through the trees. The children bravely took off their shoes and socks on a bright and sunny afternoon to explore touch using their feet! They walked over turf, pebbles, cardboard, wool and ended by walking in oozy, squelchy mud. What fun! In Maths the children have been investigating what makes a number sentence and making up their own for their classmates to answer!
