Year 4 investigate bones
In Science, this week, we have been planning our own investigations related to bones, to consider whether their size has any bearing on their ability to perform a task well.
In setting up our experiments, we had to make predictions on the outcomes, consider how to ensure the test was fair and decide how to record the results.
After carrying out the experiments, we analysed the results we had collated to see whether our hypotheses were correct, using evidence to prove or disprove our theories.
Finally, we reflected on how we had planned and carried our investigations and came up with suggestions for improvements, if we were to carry them out again.
Well done to everyone for their hard work in preparing and taking part in the ESB examinations this week.
