EYU children go on an animal hunt
12th February 2016
“We're going on an animal hunt! We're going to see some animals! We're not scared! What can we hear?" The children have enjoyed exploring the farmer's field. Sophie said, "I can hear a giraffe!" Max said. "I can hear a toucan!" Ashley said, "I can hear a lizard!" Later in the week, the children were amazed by the real exotic animals that visited us. All of the children had the opportunity to hold or stroke animals such as a baby crocodile, a turtle, an armadillo, a snake, a lizard, a tarantula, a sugar glider and a chinchilla.
On our return, EYU will be participating in the Take One Picture project. Lots of fun activities and experiences have been planned. More to follow after half term!
