A super start to Year 1!

We have been so impressed with how well the children have settled into our new routines and classrooms. Their enthusiastic and confident approach to learning has been wonderful to see. The children have started the year with the topic Ourselves and have explored Superhero ‘powers’. Together we have created our class rules which will ensure everyone can learn and have fun in year 1. In English we have been learning about Max, a superhero who found it hard to fly. We were excited during our first Forest school session where we explored how to keep safe and enjoy the outdoors.

The children are enjoying the different clubs and we would like to remind parents to pack an extra healthy snack for their child to have during this time.
