EYU children get ready for garden make-over
13th May 2016
Snip! Snip! Snip! We have been practising our scissor skills this week by trimming the EYU hedge in preparation for a visit by our EYU mummies who have kindly offered to transform our garden! We have enhanced our capacity vocabulary through water play. Amalia said, "My bottle is nearly empty and yours is half full!" The children really enjoyed investigating the speed of the toy cars by placing the ramp at different heights. Mikhail said, "My car is whizzing down the ramp!" Freddie initiated a car wash and Oren enjoyed helping Freddie foam up the soap.
Next week we will be carrying on with 'Transport and Journeys', continuing with 'Time' specifically focussing on half past, writing our names and life cycles of frogs and butterflies. You may like to send in some Spring photos and discuss your child's full names with them including middle names.
