EYU enjoy the story 'Stick Man'

Storm Gertrude may be on its way but that hasn't stopped EYU! On Monday we explored the Farmer's field; climbing ladders and trees. The children came back marvellously muddy having enjoyed introducing a storyline into the expedition. Ashley climbed all the way to the top of a fallen down tree and commanded his shipmates to scrub the decks. The following day, James dressed up as a pirate and led his peers on a treasure hunt around the EYU garden finding 'REAL' buried treasure! Eliza shared her favourite story with us "Stick Man" and brought in 'Stick Man' and 'Stick Lady Love' which she had made with her Grandad. Next week we will be looking at activities relating to the book.
