Former pupil enters competition to become a young wildlife presenter

This summer, past Gateway Student, Megan McCleverty (sister of Kieran in Year 5) prepared a video about the fantastic wildlife in the Cairngorms National Park in Scotland. Megan entered it into a national competition to become a young wildlife presenter. The competition, run by Cairngorms Nature and the RSPB, will select one lucky winner to film with BBC Springwatch’s Iolo Williams. Megan’s video has been shortlisted to a list of only 10 and the finalist will now be selected by public voting.
The links below will take you to the voting page. Megan would like to reach out to the Gateway community to ask for your support. Please vote if you like her video and please share with others if you can. Megan would be so thrilled to get to meet and film with Iolo and hopes that this opportunity will help her onto a path of a career working with wildlife.
