Music Tea - Years 3, 4, 5 and 6

On Wednesday evening, we had our first Music Tea of 2016. Fifteen children from years 3,4, 5 and 6 playing the piano, violin, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, guitar and drum kit took part; an enthusiastic audience of parents, friends and staff enjoyed an eclectic mix of musical styles, from traditional folk songs to Mark Ronson. Some of the children had never played in front of an audience before and were excited although understandably, a little nervous. It was reassuring for the younger children to hear accomplished performances from those who have been learning their instrument for some time.

A huge well done and thank you to Lily P, Simon E, Marcus H, Amara P-S,Felix P, Scott G, Stanley F, Josie G-R, Cameron C, Harriet K, Kimberley G, Oliver G, Jack I, Matteo B and Harry H for entertaining us - you all played brilliantly! Thank you also to the audience for supporting and encouraging the performers.
