Nursery enjoy fun and games outdoor

The hot weather definitely arrived this week and the Nursery children have enjoyed lots of outdoor fun and games whilst the garden was in shade.

In spite of the heat the children continued practising for Sports Day on Tuesday and have been learning some new skills. Their energy and enthusiasm never ceases to amaze us!

We enjoyed a walk into Great Missenden, visiting Buryfields to play games in the large space. Before returning to Nursery the children cooled down under the trees and enjoyed an ice lolly!

During the next few weeks we are concentrating on moving up and the transition into new schools, classes and groups. The children will all be involved in lots of activities and experiences around this focus.

Don't forget - Sports Day is on Tuesday, 27th June. Please ensure your child is wearing appropriate footwear, has a sun hat and that sun cream has been applied.
