Preschool have a busy week of rehearsals

Play practice has been in full swing this week. We have many budding actors and dancers, not forgetting amazing singers!

Please may we have your child's costume in by next Tuesday, 5th December as we have our full dress rehearsal on Wednesday. We hope you can all make the performance on Friday, 8th December at 10 am in the school hall. If it is not your child's usual day please can you bring them in dressed in their costume for 9.30 am. You will then be able to collect them from Preschool straight after the performance.

This mornings brief snowfall was perfect timing to talk about winter. Next week we will continue this discussion focusing on the song 'Five Little Snowmen' . This will give the children the opportunity to explore practical addition and subtraction.

In phonics the children will be writing letters to Father Christmas and concentrating on initial sounds in words.
