Reception make a special wish

What an exciting start of the week. You won’t believe what we have found in our classroom on Monday. We have received a letter from Santa! He wrote to us saying that he is very pleased with how hard we have been working this term and asked us to keep up the good work. He also asked us to make a special wish. We talked about people who are not as fortunate as we are. We thought about what we could ask Santa to bring them. It touched our heart hearing all about the generous and kind ideas children came up with. This week we have also been very busy practising our play in costumes. We worked hard as a team and we would like to thank all of you for the fantastic costumes. We are sure you will agree the children looked amazing and very cute! All of their hard work in learning their words, movements and songs really paid off and now the countdown to Christmas has now truly begun!
