Reception children excavate 'dinosaur bones'
20th January 2017
What a cold and frosty week it has been for us all at Gateway School! However, that hasn’t stopped our love of learning! Reception have had great fun transforming into palaeontologists this week. They donned their safety goggles and using a small brush and a pair of tweezers, delicately excavated dinosaur bones from the sand. If you would like to see a selection of photographs please look on the Gateway Facebook page. In Maths we have continued to learn about symmetry and shapes and patterns that are symmetrical. Amy Hebditch from Bellevue visited us on Thursday to come and join in on our dinosaur themed Forest school activities.
