Reception make yummy chocolate dinosaur nests
19th January 2018
The enthusiasm continues with our topic of ‘dinosaurs’ this week. The children are really enjoying learning different daily facts from our class information book and are demonstrating fantastic recall! We have been thinking about what we would do if we found a dinosaur egg at the bottom of our garden and we even made our own chocolate dinosaur nests filled with eggs! Yummy! It was fantastic to see Mrs Sutton back in the classroom on Friday with her baby daughter, Sophie. The children had so many questions to ask her and we learnt about all of the things a baby needs when they are only 7 weeks old! Please can we remind you to check all of your child’s kit this weekend and make sure that all of their uniform is clearly labelled, even the socks! It really does help both the children and adults to keep things organised and getting lost. Have a good weekend everyone!
