Reception have a visit from 'Chocolate'

We were very lucky this week to have a visit from Ellie’s pet rabbit. ‘Chocolate’ came to see us on Friday morning for Ellie’s show and tell. The children really enjoyed asking lots of questions and many had a little stroke too, commenting on how soft she was. We talked about caring for a rabbit and what Chocolate likes to eat and that, although we thought carrots were yummy for bunny rabbits, that in fact they contain lots of sugar for them. Please can we remind you that on Monday 3rd your child will need to bring in their pyjamas for our final swimming session (as well as their usual swimming costume/shorts). Another note to say thank you to those of you who have sent in your child’s costume for the production already. If you have not bought it in yet, please can you do so on Monday 3rd July as we are hoping to have a trying on session. Many thanks.
