Science quiz

We arrived at University College School in Hampstead in good time - very close to Hampstead Heath, but just off the High Street - and ate our packed lunches in the minibus whilst having a team talk!

Once in the room, we found out that 10 schools were competing altogether - all north London Independent Schools, and the competition was fierce. Unfortunately one of the teams was late, so the quiz was nearly 30 minutes late starting, but straight away, it was clear that the questions would be very challenging!

Westminster School and 2 schools from Hampstead,University College and The Hall, steadily pulled clear, but our team put in a great performance, answering some difficult questions very well. By the end of the 40 questions we ended a very creditable 6th, with 4 teams in our wake. Westminster School were clear winners.

Our team of Teddy O'H, Peter N, Dominic H and Jack Ican be very proud of their efforts.
