U9 Football v St Bernard's

Two teams of boys from Y4 braved 'Storm Brendan' to take on St Bernard's in their first football match of 2020. There were some hardy parents on the sidelines which we are always grateful for and they were treated to some excellent football and well worked team goals from both of the Gateway teams. Much to the disappointment of some of the players, we shortened the matches in light of the worsening conditions but there are more games to come and the boys can be proud of their efforts in difficult conditions.
