Sport Relief last Friday was an overwhelming success. It was lovely to see the whole community coming together to support such a worthy cause. All of the children in the school managed to make their way around the course. Teachers and parents either flew around the circuit or chose to take a more ‘sociable’ approach to the run. It was especially lovely to see some of the senior children helping the younger children around the course. When the miles were added together we ran a total of 631 miles which is an impressive achievement. As a community we raised £630.52, so very nearly a pound per mile. Thank you to Mr Clark and the Student Council for organising the event, it was a massive success!
