Congratulations this week to Amberley P, Lucy M, Isobel S, Rose L who have all been awarded their star badges. Well done everyone!

International Book Giving Day

The ability to read changes lives and is something that we can so easily take for granted. Having access to books that fuel the imagination or develop a love of learning is sadly still not something that all children can do.

We had a wonderful morning with all of the children taking a turn to visit the hall and choose a new book. They enjoyed poring over the many colourful and exciting donations that had been made for ‘Book Giving Day’, debating and discussing with their friends which book they should choose. There was such a lovely buzz in the room and for an English teacher that gives such pleasure.

Thank you all for your generosity which means we have a lovely selection left to give to children in Buckinghamshire who are not fortunate enough to have ready access to such lovely books.
