Year 1 - Performance professionals

Last week the children were so excited to perform the Nativity in front of a live audience. It has been such a long time! The tea towels were out and crowns were dusted off and every child in Year 1 had their chance to shine on the stage. The children all worked so hard to learn their lines, speak with intonation and learn the Christmas songs with Mr Mitchener. The excitement from the children literally filled the corridor and we could hear the buzz from the audience all waiting in anticipation for the Year 1 nativity production.

Please don’t forget you can relive your child’s moment in the spotlight with friends and relations when the recording of the performance is released soon. We can guarantee they will love to watch themselves and sing-a-long.

To finish our tremendous term we are really looking forward to our Santa Dash on Monday and a lovely Christmas lunch followed by a super party with games, singing and even more party snacks.
