Year 3 - Medieval drama
30th April 2021

‘Why are castles so posh?’, ‘How heavy is a castle and why?’ and ‘Where does one poo in a castle?’ are some of the inventive questions our inquisitive Year 3’s have been asking in our new (surprise, surprise) Castles topic.
We really enjoyed making use of the Great Missenden Memorial centre for our shared drama class this week. We explored the space to create freezes and short silent group pieces on the many jobs surrounding a medieval town. There were great knights, lowly miners, wheelwrights and vagabonds in abundance. But our drama pieces won’t end there. Watch this dramatic space everyone.
