Year 4 learn about the rock cycle

In Science, Year 4 have learned about the Rock Cycle. This included learning about the different types of rocks that can be created: Igneous, Sedimentary and Metamorphic rock. Once we learned about this, we created something to demonstrate our understanding. We came up with lots of different ideas about how to present our rock cycle. For example, making a model, a Stop Motion Animation video or a drawing. Some of us even applied heat and/or pressure to sweets to show how the different rocks are formed! It was great fun!
