Year 4 prepare for their English Speaking Board exams

This week, Year 4 have been busy preparing for their English Speaking Board exams. Having observed Michael Rosen's engaging performance techniques, the children then tried to inject some of these skills into their presentations, focusing on use of facial and hand gestures and control of voice to convey expression. The students enjoyed sharing their talks and the classes discussed ideas about how to make an impactful opening and speak fluently and knowledgeably with clear structure.
