Year 6 children enjoy a bit of outdoor problem solving

On Tuesday Year 6 made the most of the Spring sunshine with an outdoor problem solving activity. In teams of two or three Mrs Barrett and Mrs Rowe's Maths groups combined to solve fifteen Easter themed questions. They all worked with great enthusiasm and determination, supporting each other to make sure that they got the correct answers. When we checked the answers at the end Abby and Emily had the highest overall score and were crowned Easter Maths champions, celebrating with a few mini eggs each!
