Year 6 explore using Google Science Journal
14th June 2019

In between a busy play rehearsal schedule, the Year 6 pupils explored using Google Science Journal on the iPads. The app makes use of the inbuilt capabilities of the iPad - such as the accelerometer, light and sound sensors - to log data for experiments. Once the students had found out how to use the various data logging streams, they brainstormed investigations that could be carried out such as measuring light levels for plants around the school field and testing the acceleration force of radio control cars.
