Year 6 Football Friendly - Wednesday 15 March 2017

A warm spring afternoon at Magnolia Park provided the ideal setting for these two keenly contested matches. Non stop action, from start to finish, with the defenders on both sides making countless interceptions and tackles to keep attacking players at bay. Gateway applied slightly more pressure as the match developed and scored some fine team goals. Both Gateway teams played some super football but Timo E and Rafe S were both commended by their teams for their performance. Well done to all the players for their commitment and sportsmanship.
